The client 

Novahub moves business and event WiFi to the next level with enhanced connectivity, end-user connectivity, and real-time location-aware content.

With over 10 years of experience offering both permanent and temporary WiFi solutions for business including indoor and outdoor events, Novahub allows WiFi to improve the customer experience, venue attractiveness, and business productivity.

The brief

The Novahub team contacted us looking for support during their outdoor summer season. Bringing connectivity to events such as The Big Weekend, the prestigious Cambridge Folk Festival, as well as several outdoor exhibitions at the illustrious Millbrook Proving Ground, meant they needed someone to pull all the moving pieces together.

Acting as a liaison between Novahub and their clients, we were brought on board to provide assurance that their services could be deployed with as minimum fuss as possible, whilst ticking all the boxes so that nothing was missed.

The main event

We started by introducing Novahub to a few trusted project management tools and disciplines which helped us monitor all the moving pieces. Once timelines were drafted, we contacted Novahub’s clients in a professional, yet relaxed manner, so that we could find out their needs and how best we could deliver a successful solution without causing any unnecessary stress.

Throughout the whole process, we offered a friendly, knowledgable approach allowing both Novahub and their clients to feel safe knowing that all i’s would be dotted and all t’s crossed.

As well as this, we provided practical solutions for Novahub to incorporate in their future event delivery and advised on branding opportunities so that their reach at festivals could be maximised.

Overall, our project management allowed Novahub to do what they do best and the event organisers and attendees were able to access their bespoke event solution with amazing results.
